Logging in to Skedulo

  1. Open your mobile phone and select the Skedulo app icon
  2. If this is your first time logging in, select ‘Log in with team name
  3. For ‘Team name‘ type atas
  4. Select ‘Anglicare (Skedulo) Live
  5. Skedulo may log you straight in, but if not, select ‘Anglicare Tas SSO
  6. Enter your Anglicare username and password
  7. Press sign in
  8. Your profile may take a few minutes to prepare.

Logging job details, starting a job and checking in

  1. Each job you are allocated contains unique job details
  2. To view job details, click on the job card while in the agenda view
  3. This will show details including the client’s name, address, start and end time and date
  4. If the client has any critical alerts, they will be displayed here
  5. When you arrive at the job, select ‘Start Travel
  6. Then select, ‘Skip Navigation
  7. Next, select ‘Check-in
  8. When you formally begin your shift, select ‘Start Shift
  9. At the end of your shift, select ‘Complete Shift
  10. If you forget to complete your shift, press ‘Actions‘ and ‘Manage Times‘ to edit timestamps.

Viewing client support plans

  1. In the client record, scroll down and select ‘Client Details
  2. Scroll down to view the client’s ‘Personal Support Plans
  3. To view the client’s Complex Care Plan, select ‘Support/Complex Care Plan
  4. An attachment of the client’s most recent support plan will be attached
  5. Click on the support plan to download it and view as a PDF.

Writing case notes

  1. In the client details, select ‘Case Notes
  2. To add a new case note, select the green ‘+’ symbol
  3. Select the ‘Record Type‘ called ‘Activity‘ and press OK
  4. Add a title for your case note and select the ‘Type‘ as case note
  5. Then type out your case note in ‘Description
  6. Once finished, save changes.

Recording a sleepover and disturbances

  1. In the job details, select ‘Sleep Disturbance
  2. To add a new sleep disturbance, select the green ‘+’ symbol
  3. The ‘Awake Date‘ will auto populate
  4. Select the ‘Awake Start Time‘ and ‘Awake End Time
  5. Add a ‘Comment‘ for the sleep disturbance
  6. Once finished, save changes.
